Endometriosis - do you get hip and back pain?

Since I had a termination for medical reasons my periods have been a lot worse. I knew they might be for a couple of cycles but it’s been nine months nearly and no respite.
One thing I’ve been having is hip and lower back pain. Gets worse during my period. I thought it was linked to my bad running posture and sitting at a desk all day but I recently read a post from someone who had endometriosis who described a band of hip and back pain although I’ve never read this anywhere else.
Two aunts of mine have it so it just popped into my head (i also made the mistake of googling and having a bit of a panic it was something even more sinister).
Just wondered if anyone has similar with endometriosis? I get a horrendous upset stomach with my periods, painful cramps like the labour induction, headaches and this lower back pain that hurts when i straighten up, and pain in the hips usually the left feels like it’s in my hip bone but during my period it’s across both.
Can’t gwt in to see the doctor til friday but I’ve developed health anxiety off the back of my tfmr so I’m being an idiot and self diagnosing.
Sorry for the long ramble.

Hi, how did you get on at the doctor's? I have suspected endometriosis and take a progesterone only pill to relieve symptoms which has helped a lot but I still have some pain and discomfort in the places you mention so I do wonder if it isn't endometriosis after all.

I have Endometriosis and when it's not under control get a lot of the symptoms you both describe. Pain particularly in my hips, back and even the tops of my thighs.

I found the pill didn't do enough for mine so have been on hormone injections for the last 4 years.

Do you find that much better? How often do you have them?

Sorry @jenniferjoe. I have monthly Prostap injections that basically force my body through other menopause. I think they are great (other than the hot flushes and the odd mood swing) they have also stopped all my endometriosis symptoms.
