Ridiculously Heavy Period club

I am currently wearing a super plus tampon coupled with a ultra secure night pad and am still having to change every half hour!!! I wouldn’t mind but I am 49!!! I have always suffered from heavy periods - how wonderful it must be to wear a normal pad and only change every few hours!!!!

My mum had this too and was having periods very closely together. She's now not had anything for over 2 months and believes it's the start of her menopause.

Sounds like it could be the menopause. Go GP and get a check up. Could be anything
