I've just had a blood test back from Medichecks and it shows a high testosterone level (1.86 with the normal range being 0 to 1.8).
I guess I should now go to my GP to find out why I have high testosterone but from google it seems that high testosterone is associated with PCOS and insulin resistance. I don't really fit the symptoms of PCOS (I have regular periods and fell pregnant easily) and my diabetes tests have always come back normal.
I had various tests run my Medichecks as I have long term depression and my energy levels seem to be getting worse, but I don't think high testosterone could explain this.
I'd be really grateful for any insight on the above.
