19 day cycle - shock

My DH has vasectomy in 2014 so super unlikely am pregnant
Had some stress this month - brother in law diagnosed with terminal cancer

Is this why period came after only 19 days (usually 25 day cycle) or should I see doctor?

There is no need to see a dr about 1 variation in a cycle. Nothing they can do and it's not 'dangerous'.

Don't worry too much for one cycle anomaly. Sometimes the body does strange things. I have had the odd period that came a week early or late. I tend not to think about it too much. Only if it happens all the time after a few months would I seek a doctor's appointment to see if they can explain it.
