What could this be?

On contraceptive implant - have irregular periods however when they do happen its roughly every 4-6 weeks.
For 3 weeks now I have had period pains and achy/heavy feeling in the same area, some stabbing pains on left hand side (one was so bad it made me feel dizzy and sick but hasn’t happened since) and light pink/brown spotting which has been for around 2 weeks now.
Any one ever had this on the implant?

Please take a pregnancy test just in case.

I don’t mean to worry you but these can also be the side effects of an eptopic pregnancy. I looked them up myself very recently.
Might be something else entirely or a normal pregnancy but I hope you can get a docs appointment - no point in taking chances x

Ectopic pregnancy was my first thought as well, although there are probably lots of other things with similar symptoms. Easily ruled out with a pregnancy test though.
