I have name changed for this because it's a rather embarrassing problem! I have breastfed 2 babies for 9 months ish, with a gap of about 3 years inbetween. Since stopping breastfeeding my nipples are always semi erect, which makes wearing a tshirt bra with mounded cups really uncomfortable. (Because the nipples are sort of forced in, IYSWIM) So I have switched to a very soft cup bra recently. In this recent heatwave it has got a lot worse, I think because they get hot and sweaty? Or maybe because they are more sensitive. Anyway, I wondered if anyone else has this issue. I just constantly have sore nipples at the moment.
