Periods and sweating

Has anyone got any tips for hot flushes before during and after periods
This is driving me mad. It goes from my feet right to my head every month and it's not getting better it's getting worse I'm told it's just because I'm not sensitive to my hormones. Has anyone experienced this or have any tips xx

For the last year or so I've been getting really hot during the night when I have my period... I am dreading it in this weather! It wakes me up and I can't bear to beside DH. I end up in spare room with window open. It hasn't happened during the day yet I've assumed it us because I am getting closer to 40! No real advice but I sympathise 😔

It's a right pain I know there worse things in life but honestly I can be doing nothing and flush bed at night is drenched
