Mirena Coil and weight gain

I'm looking for advice. I had the Mirena Coil fitted last April, due to having heavy periods every fortnight and severe mood swings. All was good on the coil, periods were very light to spotting. However in September last year, I started putting weight on and feeling very bloated, looking almost 4 most pregnant! At Christmas, due to other health reasons, I changed my diet to wheat free and lactose free. This limited a lot of the things I enjoyed eating but he health benefits outweighed that. However my weight has still been slowing creeping up. I have had 3 children in about 3 1/2 years and my youngest is now 2.5. I had done well moving baby weight but not this flabber is stubborn and won't go. I go to the gym a minimum of 2 nights a week and tend to try and eat healthy. However I struggle with this, as I see the fat on my belly and think what he hell im fat anyway, might as well eat something I enjoy! So my questions are do you think the weight is the coil and have it removed and how easy will it be to lose the flabber. It's only on my belly, the rest f me I'm happy with. I'm not interested in being skinny, but I don't want to look pregnant for the rest of my life. Help all advice welcome, thank you
