But basically the GP put me on the mini pill to try and help with my extremely painful periods after DC2 (the jury's out on Endo). It has only been a month so far and I've had one period, which was very painful but a definite improvement!
BUT the pill is giving me RAGE! I'm so angry, all the time. I have such a short fuse and with a teething toddler, I'm losing the plot all the time. I've had big blow-out shouting matches with DH and I feel miserable, tired and low most of the time. This happened a few years ago when I tried the mini pill, and had to come off it because of mood change.
But I'm terrified of the painful periods. So I'm stuck between being angry and low all the time, and excruciating and debilitating pain for a week every month. At the moment, the rage is coming out on top, but I hate it! I'm just not an angry or argumentative person, and I hate being so short fused with my kids and am an avid gentle parent!
HELP! Does anyone know if this mood is likely to improve over time? If so, I'm happy to persevere. But if not, I don't know what I'll do!
