Help please

Gave birth to my baby in February, 5 werks later I had a light period then exactly a month later I had mother period which was ridiculously heavy however my next period was just spotting for 2 weeks then it stopped. My period was due about 2 weeks ago however on Friday I started this spotting again. I am not pregnant as I did a test last time and before I had my baby I had polysystic ovaries. Is this normal

It can take a while for your body to regulate your periods after the birth of a baby , sounds normal to me .
However if it's something that's not normal mention it to your gp . Xx

Are your periods normal heavy ?

Before I was pregnant they were heavy but I never knew when they would be because of my polysystic ovaries but now it’s just spotting
