Not the usual sort of 'discharge mixed with blood. It's painless (hooray) but heavy and fresh like a cut would bleed. Is this normal?

To make it extra unfair I EBF, co sleep and carry ds everywhere (sorry, can't bring myself to say 'baby wearing'). I don't even own a buggy. I've been sold a period free myth.

What you describe is just my normal period. It's always just blood. My periods have been heavier since having my baby though. I'm on my second period since having her now and it's still heavier

Just like blood and no discharge or clots? That's a relief. I know pregnancy can change them.
