Smear vs sweep

Baby is 10 weeks and I've booked my first smear test for tomorrow.

I'm nervous about it because I've never had one.

But I've had 3 sweeps in total, is it like that?

Aren't you supposed to wait until 3 months after the birth? Smears aren't as bad as sweeps imho

Oh! I will ring in the morning to find out.

The HV told me to get booked in when I last saw her, but I completely forgot until I saw my letter again today.

My experience of a sweep was so horrific the consultant couldn't even do it.

Smears aren't half as bad simply because of the speculum compared with a hand when having a sweep 😂

I would much rather have a smear than a sweep. My sweep was horrible.
