i saw an amazing insect yesterday

two of them, firstly one seemed to be attached to the other,
black beetles, and their tails went in the air like scorpions

google tells me it was a Devil's coach horse beetle

anyone else seen any interesting insects?

That’s cool OP. Just loads of massive spiders here at the moment.

Seen a lot of spiders and strange beetles recently.
Also, has been the week of double rainbows here

Devil's coach horse are amazing bugs (and I love the name too!)

Still got a few butterflies here while the sun is out, amazingly.
