...by Camilla Noli was given to me as an advance reading copy yesterday, it's due out in January. I would recommend looking out for it if you are a fan of Nicci French-type chillers. It's got some info for book clubs in the back, so I think it's expected to do well. It's a first-person narrative of a new mother who is disturbingly unsuited to motherhood, and contains a lot of recognisable emotions and thoughts we probably keep to ourselves. It ends up somewhere dark though - keep your eye out for it after Christmas...
