Public Service Announcement - Bill Bryson audiobook that I'd never heard of!

[NowIsTheWinterOfOurDiscontent]

Hello

I consider myself a huge fan of Bill Bryson and yet...only by accident did I find he had released an audiobook in 2022 called "A History of Christmas". It's exclusive to Amazon Audiobooks ie you can't buy in print. I shall be tuning in later.

I DID know he had released a complication of his BBC radio appearances, also on Amazon Audible.

Oo I’ll have to download it.

Does it seem odd to anyone else - audio only?

I got this a few Christmases ago and try to listen to it each year. It’s lovely, quite typical Bryson and full of interesting facts. It is quite short though and fairly UK/US centric, I’d like to read a longer and more comprehensive version!
Edited to add I think I forgot it last year so my recollections may not be entirely accurate…

He’s such a joy to listen to on audiobook.
