I read a review in the paper the other day and thought it looked interesting. As a student I spent some time in the Nuremberg area. I look forward to reading your thoughts!

It looks good. Have you read, The Mare by Angharad Hampshire?

Placemarking as it is on my reading list.

It’s an amazing book. How did women get written out of so much history? This is almost a companion piece to East West Street. It is a fascinating read and you learn so much social history. The author relates the stories of 8 women who were involved in the trials at different levels -an attorney, a translator, a journalist, the artist Laura Knight and a Hungarian countess who ran a hostel for witnesses at the trial. I hope lots of people will read this.

That sounds interesting! Just added to my ‘want to read’ on Goodreads, says it’s not out until November
