Really specific about World of Books!

I'm trying to buy my next tranche of books from WOB. I've added four items that are on the '4 for 3' offer. But at checkout I'm being charged full price.

Has anyone had this? How did you resolve it?

I’ve not had this but not all books are in the 4 for 3 offer, so make sure they all have that sign on their individual page.

Yeah, they're all listed as being on the offer.

I've just tried and it automatically gave me the cheapest book for free.

Have you clicked on a title then gone for a better condition version and that's not in the offer?

Have you contacted WOB in case its an issue on there end? Could you have added more that one copy of the same book in error so it has taken off the offer, but you actually have 5 books in your basket and not 4?

I've tried everything.

I had a live chat with WOB who said to just order and they'd refund the cheapest book after delivery.

I might not bother, its only £3.50 😂

I just wondered if others had experienced this and had a quick fix.

Make sure they’re all in the deal - I use WOB a lot and find them great. I sometimes go shopping via the deal itself to make sure.
