I'm not sure this is the right place for this but I seem to struggle with non fiction these days.

I enjoy science things - psychology and health mainly. I've loved reading about habit formation, twin studies, gut biome, etc.

Anyone got a recommendation? Thanks.

Bill Bryson has just re-issued A Short History of Nearly Everything with updates. Maybe try that? Possibly the greatest popular science book ever written.

He also wrote a book about the human body, which I have always meant to read.

Vaxxers - written by two women scientists. The main focus was one of the Covid vaccines but it talks about vaccine development in general. Fascinating book.
