It was in a story compilation - perhaps something like Kaye Webb's 'I like this story'. It was about an elephant who went to a birthday party and had a nose bleed. I think it was the first story in the volume. Jelly and desserts featured heavily and at one point someone tried to cure his nose bleed by putting a key down the back of his shirt. Or have I lost my marbles?
