Ladies Who Lit Reading Retreat… anyone been?

I just wondered if anyone has ever been on a Ladies Who Lit reading retreat?

They look amazing (although maybe a little too much organised fun!), but they are £££. I’d probably prefer something with a bit less structure and more time to read, but I LOVE the look of the locations and the idea of going away somewhere mega luxe to read. My mum and sister would
love it too. They seem to be sold out for now but I’ve signed up to the mailing list for future ones.

Has anyone been on one, or similar? And is it worth the money?

Someone mentioned Naxos Creative on another threadd (apparently they're mumsnetters) and I've signed up to go to their Naomi Wood retreat in October. I absolutely love her short stories and would love to do one of the courses she runs at UAE. Next best thing. Oh, and I said the magic words 'mumsnet' and they gave me a discount. I looked at Ladies who lit, but its more expensive and you don't get to do as much or meet any of the authors. Proper fan girl me.

I have been in touch with Naxoscreative too. I have booked to go on the one in October with Jennifer Saint attending. Ariadne is one of my all time favourite books.
