Previously reluctant reader, 10, has devoured this series. Also enjoyed Dork Diaries but says she prefers these. Next one isn’t out for a while and trying to keep her motivated with reading. So what did your kid who enjoyed Lottie Brooks read next?

13 storey treehouse books

My 10 year old likes Rainbow Grey and Amelia Fang.
She's goes old school too with Enid Blyton classics like Mallory Towers (we love the BBC TV series too!).
She'll read a lot of Jacqueline Wilson books too though they are a bit hit and miss and she prefers some (eg. Rent a bridesmaid) much more than others (eg. Vicky angel).
Wimpy Kid and Tom Gates too.
