Hi everyone
I've just joined mumsnet specifically to ask this question!

I just got this book from Tesco, but it seems to be back to front? Is that how it is supposed to be?! I can't find anything on Google.

Page 418 is at the front and page 1 is at the back?!
I started reading it thinking it was some quirky way of writing but I already know 'who done it' and it's not making much sense. I put it on Audible to see how it starts on there and it starts reading the right way round?!

Please say I'm not going mad.

I'm also a bit gutted as I was so excited to read it! Can't believe I preserved despite my confusion for 20 pages 🤣

I’ve emailed her editor. But yes, I would go back to Tesco and see if it’s just a one off?? (Such a good book btw!)

It’s a really fun read so I would say yes! There’s probably some other twists and reveals too.

How weird I’ve never seen that happen

I was dithering over buying it yesterday in Asda, unsure whether it would be a good read. The copy I looked at definitely began with Chapter 1 and, as far I know, continued in the right order.
