Recent novel with floral cover?!

I came across a book recently that I thought I would like to read, but now of course I can't find it or remember the details of it. It was relatively recent and I think quite high profile, with a cover that was white with a floral pattern on it, kind of Mediterranean maybe. I think it was about a young man (soldier??) getting to know an older woman, somewhere in Europe. Sorry this is so vague but I'd be very grateful if anyone could help me out?!

Not floral but could be The Life Impossible by Matt Haig? Cover is bright Mediterranean blue and story involves an older woman moving to Ibiza when someone she barely knows leaves her a house there in a will.

Could it be Still Life by Sarah Winman? The other one it sounds like is The Offing by Benjamin Myers, but I don't recall the floral cover.

Still Life came to mind as well.

It starts with us/it ends with us by Coleen Hoover?! That's been quite high profile as it's just been turned into a film and the covers are blue with flowers and purple with flowers!

Turns out I was confusing two books - the story of Still Life and the cover of All My Mothers by Joanna Glen (which has oranges on it so not even floral )! I'll give Still Life a go, thank you for helping me solve the mystery!
