Fiona Griffiths series - next book?

Just discovered these and enjoyed them. Has anyone else read them? I am trying to figure out why there is no more books, the way they were written gave an impression that the author knows what will happen. Checked him on Good reads etc and there isn't any newer books. Anyone else a fan?

Me, I really enjoyed them, I Google every so often but haven't turned up anything to indicate another book unfortunately

I've been wondering about this for the last few years as well. The author definitely intended to write more and said a few years ago he was working on it. I don't know what happened - writer's block?

Or possibly the author is unwell?

Could be. I hope not, obviously.

Thanks for the replies. Messages from the author over five years ago stated he had other work but had written most of the next book and was immediately going to start the next one after that.
