EDIT TO ADD - I HAVE READ IT SO SPOILERS BELOW!
I read and loved the first two instalments of this series last summer and I have just started the new one - The Lost Lover. I can remember details of what happened in the first - The Last Summer. However I cannot for the life of me remember details of the second one - The Stolen Hours. I can’t find anything online that summarises the plot. The only aspects I remember is Mhairi getting engaged to the horrible farmer on Harris and she managed to escape that situation. Also that her and Donald fell in love. But he was married. I can’t remember anything else!
Have you read it and can fill me in please? I’m finding it hard reading the new one when i can’t recall the previous! I do wish they would summarise at the start, especially when the next instalment is a year later!
