Free audio books

BMW have some free audio books here. They have obviously been commissioned by BMW so you will have to mentally filter out some product placement, but the one that I've listen to so far was pretty good.

Just yesterday I came across LibriVox, which is kind of the Project Gutenberg of audiobooks. I haven't actually downloaded any myself yet so can't vouch for the quality, but it seems worth a look.

What a lovely idea. I had a quick listen to a few and the reader style and quality is a bit mixed. Jane Austen in a Canadian accent is just wrong (apologies to Canadians). But some are quite pleasant to listen to, like the lady who reads Turn of the Screw.
