Requirements: easy to pick up/rewind if interrupted
Not too ‘fluffy’(something like a Harlan Coben I can skim read but not listen to)
On Audible or a free platform
Genre: I’ll read almost anything in fiction and non-fiction anything except books about sport
Some books /authors I love for comparison: Master and Margerita, Dosteyevsky, C.S Lewis, Girl Interrupted, The count of Monte Cristo, Ella Minnow Pea, Agatha Christie, E.S Nesbit and lots of middle grade childrens books
I’ve completely stopped reading since giving birth (lack of sleep, interruptions, breastfeeding occupying hands).
Tried listening to Sense &Sensibility but lost the thread(I know story but have forgotten enough to need to follow whole book).
