Last year we (very slowly!) read Still Life With Woodpecker (Tom Robbins) to each other, either in person or over video call, and it was a really lovely experience that meant a lot to us both, and sparked a lot of conversation (plus tattoos 😂).
We'd like to read something else now and having a look to see what we might like - thought you lot might have some suggestions!
Preferably a love story/story about love, but with interesting/thought-provoking stuff also going on. Funny and/or quirky (bit of an understatement to describe Robbins' writing as quirky I guess). Could be sexual, doesn't have to be. Short chapters would be a bonus but not a dealbreaker 😁
