Best Halloweeny books for 9-10 year olds?

Just that really! A huge reader. But maybe not ready for the scariness of RL Stein?

I liked the Demon Headmaster books at that age.

Also liked Groosham Grange by Anthony Horowitz which I found scary but not too scary!

Coraline might be fine too

Mine is almost 10. She loved the Goosebumps story we read

I've only read one with her.
The Return of the Mummy's Tomb.
She loved that and wasn't really scary. Just more 'what's going to happen next'

But based on that I'd be happy to read more of the Goosebumps series with her
