I've just been inspired by the poster with the lenticular book on AIBU and my info is probably more sparse but here we go. It was probably a teen book, or I certainly read it in my teens. I think it was a collection of short stories and they were all scary/spooky (but it wasn't The Burning Baby compilation). This had a story about a father and a daughter, I think the Mum had died and the Father was seeing someone secretly, so was the daughter. Very 'first love' kind of thing. There was something about a tree, maybe a cursed tree. Something maybe happened when you drove past the tree or were near the tree. The girl then thought she was cursed and going to die before realising it was actually her Father. Details are VERY sketchy, I apologise! Anyone remember this?? I'd guess early/mid 90s.
