What book(s) helped you heal from an abusive mother?

Aged 23 and finally been able to move out of my family home (council have had to house me due to domestic violence). I need to heal myself from my childhood and also set healthy boundaries with my mum now that I'm not living under her roof. I'd like to eventually see a counsellor but I don't have the confidence for this right now, so book recommendations would be great. TIA

The Body Keeps the Score by Bessel van der Kolk - helpful for understanding the impact of trauma and various strategies to heal

Reinventing your life by Jeffery Young & Janet Klosko - self-help version of schema therapy, which is an approach that can be really supportive for people with difficult family backgrounds (ignore the cover design which makes it look like naff pop psychology!)
