Has anyone read this book? It’s by an Australian author and I don’t think it’s very well know in the UK yet. I’ve read it recently and loved it! It’s straight away become one of my favourite books of all time! The initial premise is a teenager who goes missing and the effect it has on the rest of the family. But without giving anything away, there’s so much more to the story! I loved all the vivid descriptions of the Australian wildlife and the suffocating heat. I think it helped reading it during our recent heatwave too!
I bought it from an independent bookseller online just on a whim. I love it when you find a book you love when you’ve not known anything about it before!
