Recommendations similar to HP and LOTR

Hey all,

I want to get back into reading instead of just watching TV series in my free time, so I was wondering if any of you have any good recommendations for any books I could try? I used to absolutely love reading and growing up I was completely obsessed with the Harry Potter and Lord of the Rings books, but since I've grown up and had a family and career etc I just haven't had time to even think about it! Any suggestions similar to those?

Sarah J Maas has 2 other series... Throne of Glass which I actually preferred to ACOTAR and Crescent City which is still other worldly but more modern. I wasn't as keen on that initially but it did grow on me.

If you enjoyed those you'd probably also like Iron Flame which I've just finished.

Oh I read these years ago! Might have to go back and revisit.
