I would really appreciate it if people could share their kindle unlimited recommendations. I like horror, crime, thriller, domestic noir, post apocalyptic, sci fi books and similar.

Some popular authors I’ve enjoyed books by are b a Paris, Chris carter, j p Delaney, Carla kovach and Claire Wade.

I’ve recently read these books on kindle unlimited and have enjoyed them: hourglass by Elizabeth means, the coincidence by David b Lyons, strung by per Jacobson, oxygen by Seth rain, the other woman by sandie jones, 15 floors and the aging both by jack hunt, the marriage by k l slater.

Hi @ClintonHill

not sure if you like true stories/autobiographical but I’m reading a book on kindle unlimited that I can’t put down - it’s called “chasing a flawed sun” by Dan McGhee. It’s about his fight with heroin addiction.

I am currently reading Embers on the Wind by Lisa Williamson Rosenberg. It starts in the 1980s in the USA with a school party of black inner-city teenagers visiting a very old house which was once a staging point on the underground railway to get runaway slaves to safety (Canada?)

The owners (white) who host them are descendants of abolitionists who had the house at the time. One girl becomes involved with the son of the house. And then it turns out his mother is a medium who can bring up the spirits of the runaways from the past. And turns out that the girl can see them too..

Enjoying it so far!

Thank you everyone, I’ve downloaded samples of the books and the one or two by the writers recommended.

Frieda McFadden is quite good, always seem to surprise me at the end. Daniel Hurst also ok.
