ISO witchy seaside books not Young Adult

I’m after something like Practical Magic - witchy goings on in seaside/bayou type town please. All I can find is Big Fantasy or YA :-(

Have you read The Witches of Eastwick? It's very different to the film

I've heard Discovery of Witches is good but it's not very beachy! I liked Katherine Arden's books, but again quite wintery. The Ex Hex is a cute romcom style one.

Whitby Witches by Robin Jarvis. It’s far from the bayou tho…

Have you tried Divine Secrets of the Yaya Sisterhood? That’s very bayou.
