I have just finished reading a book called The child in my house by Lucy Lawrie. I hadn't heard of her but it looked interesting. I honestly couldn't put it down. The characters are so believable I just raced through the book because I needed to find out what was going to happen. There are some really sad moments, some absolutely joyful moments and some happenings that are quite spine tingling. It's currently free to read on kindle unlimited. Definitely worth a read.
