Kindle Unlimited

Does anyone have Kindle Unlimited and is it worth the subscription fee? I read about 2 books a week but not sure how good the range of choice is and whether I can justify yet another cost when everything seems to be going up in price... I usually read mostly free or 99p ones or physical book swapped between friends at the moment but enjoy my kindle for reading in bed

Thanks

If you like detective/mystery books there is a reasonable range. Not top notch, but good escapism.

I love mystery, crime and thriller most of all

Sounds like it would suit you; I do think it's very much stronger on the crime/thriller genre than anything else.

We had an offer through this week of £24 for 6 months on kindle unlimited (it was on the actual kindle and didn't show on the app but still went through normally). I have a book hoover 10 year old so we jumped at the option

Lots of fairly average crime/thriller stuff so if you like that it would suit you.

For me it’s not worth the full price subscription. I do take it out every now and then when there’s an offer on, then cancel when it goes up to full price. I usually find a few things on there to read but not enough to justify full price.
