Anyone read Jill Mansell?

Just wondering - waiting for 2 of her books to be delivered so don't ruin the endings!

I seem to be the only person I know that reads "chick lit" - it IS only temporary though as a break from the highbrow stuff from my degree!

There must be more people out there...!

I'm a big chick-lit fan! The book equivalent of soap operas. I like Jill Mansell but she's not my favourite - that has to be Patricia Scanlan.

Fave writers are Wendy Holden (funny as feck), Marian Keyes & Fiona Walker

Always a place in life for a good chik-lit book in my opinion! And yes I quite like Jill Mansell from what I remember.

LL I may just take you up on that - I have 3 waiting to be read first though!

I like Sophie Kinsella (not the shopaholic stuff though) and Dorothy Koomson (sp!) too.

Jill Mansell is ok but also not my favourite. I love Cathy Kelly.

Well you were right - it was very good (I read "Making your mind up" and loved it!

I have now started "Fast Friends" so will wait n see how that is

Then, I have "Mister God and Anna" to get through but I'm saving that until I can really appreciate it - that kid amazes me

recentl yread The Chocolate Lovers Club and the sequel The Chocolate Lovers Diet, not by Jill Mansell but equally as enjoyable.
i have got my friend hooked on Jill Mansell too after i went on and on to her to read one!

I have just read 'Think of you' too and loved it. Have read a few of her books now and think they are great, easy reads. I can also recommend Stay at Daisy's, Two's Company & Nadia Knows Best.
Also like Celia Aherne & Sinead Moriarty

I have read all her(JM) books and love them all... I have just discovered Alexandra Potter too. Her Me and Mr Darcy is fab!
