Bookstores for children's educational books from the 80s/90s?

I've been looking to buy some books I read in my school days, including this Cambridge History series and old Ladybird books that are out of print. I know I can buy some used books from Amazon, ebay, etc. but I prefer to go to a physical bookstore and browse before I buy. Any recommendations for stores (preferably in/around London) that have large collections of out-of-print children's educational books from the 80s/90s? Thanks!

There’s a lady bird book 0f the history of medicine I’d love to get hands on that the pictures were fabulous.

It will be potluck but there are a few Oxfam bookshops in London. oxfam

I've got a feeling that Education tends to be intolerant of previous regimes so old books are usually got rid of.
