Dr Julie - Why did nobody tell me this

Has anyone read this it's quite a new book.

Have it in my basket and wondering whether to buy

This book looks really interesting. It seems like Dr. Julie also has videos on YouTube, which I have yet to explore. This thread was my first time hearing about her.

I like her posts on Instagram and the idea of the book was very attractive to me so I bought it. Unfortunately, I am suffering from a bout of anxiety and depression and my attention span is pretty much non existent so reading a book to potentially help with those issues is proving very very hard work. I suspect in better times I would like it but at the moment I'm not loving it.

@BappyMonday I started reading the book a few days ago and am really enjoying it. I'm a counselling student, so it's really interesting to see a lot of concepts I am familiar with but with her fresh perspective.
@Stuckandinamess I'm sorry to hear that you are going through a difficult time. There's nothing wrong with putting the book down for now and start it again when you feel better, or deciding you don't want to finish it at all.
