Should I ditch the books and get a kindle?

Sorry if this thread is in the wrong place, but I thought book lovers would be the best to advise!
I have run out of space for books and have not got a kindle. Do you recommend, and can a dinosaur like me who likes real books ever be converted?! Please advise how you got on if you are a convert, and which kindle is best (I don’t like glaring screens) Thank you.

I’m 70/30 in favour of my kindle. I still buy the odd ‘real’ book as some feel better in print. But I do love my kindle. I have a paper white and it’s full of 99p rubbish at the moment but some books I’ve read I’ve reread in kindle and they are just as enjoyable x

Had a kindle but much prefer my Kobo Clara e-reader as love that I can lend books from my local library. Plus they tend to price match any offers on Amazon for books I do purchase.
I like to read at night so handy to read while my oh is sleeping.
