Brilliant brilliant characters and story, have absolutely loved all 560 pages of it

Oh good, I have 4/10 Christmas books left to read and this is one of them,. Might chose it next.

We've just done this as our Book Club book and I was a bit underwhelmed by it to be honest. I know it gets rave reviews and I loved the main characters but found he drifted too much from the main storyline and I got a bit bored.

I’m currently reading this, probably about a third of the way through.

So far, it’s not as good as Gentleman in Moscow or Rules of Civility IMO.

Hoping it will pick up soon as the above 2 books are amongst my all time favourites.

I loved this. Loved the characters and the depth of them. I begun it thinking it would be one thing, a predictable road trip but it becomes so much more.

I am looking forward to this book. Waiting for paperback to come out. I absolutely loved A gentleman in Moscow and really enjoyed Rule of Civility. Not sure much can reach the dizzy heights of Gentleman though.

I’ve nearly finished this book now and I don’t want it to end.
I’ve become attached to all of the characters.

Finished it last night.
Fabulous read ❤️
