Any Self Help Book Fans?

Not much of a fiction fan but I love a self help/improvement book. Any recommendations?

To me, the question is vague and a little strange. Is this an endless quest of more and more random advice? It might help if you talked about what you have in mind - exercising more, keeping your temper, working more ambitiously, navigating a romance, helping the environment, writing a novel, becoming assertive?

As it happens, I just read Dale Carnegie's How To Win Friends and INfluence People, which is supposed to be one of the best-selling self-help books of all time.

A New Earth by Eckhart Tolle is the best I've read, the book that's done the most for me. But as above, is does totally depend on what slant you're after.
