I haven’t read much over the last 10/11 years due to young DC.
I’ve had a clear out of my book shelf and looking to purchase a few more contemporary additions for it 
- it looks like it’s stuck in a mix of the 19th century and the 2000s!
What would you recommend? Obviously to read… not just to look nice on my shelf.
