Which audible books should I get?

I would like to cancel my membership for a little while but have 5 credits to use up first (apparently they disappear if you cancel without spending them first, only just realised that!)

Any recommendations? I generally prefer non-fiction for audiobooks.

Some that I’ve enjoyed recently have Becoming by Michelle Obama, The Body by Bill Bryson and Lean In by Sheryl Sandberg. Will give anything a go though really if it’s good.

I tend to listen to fiction but the best non-fiction I've got on audible is The Five by Hallie Rubenhold. Its about the lives of the five women killed by Jack the Ripper, but it barely mentions the murders, just explores their lives.

Fiction-wise, I recommend Three Hours by Rosamund Lupton (great reading by Gemma Whelan) and Girl A by Abigail Dean, read by Holliday Grainger.

Thanks @ElizabethinherGermanGarden, Ive heard about The Five before actually, sounds really good, will give it a go.

Haven’t heard of the others but will have a look at those too. Thanks!

The other one I meant to mention is The Song of Achilles by Madeleine Miller. The reading on that one was lovely.

I was about to recommend The Five. I’ve listened to it a few times as it’s so interesting and sad at the same time.

Hungry by Grace Dent
Girl with a Louding Voice (fiction but excellent performance)
Afloat by Danie Couchman

Also recommend Grace Dent plus Notes from a small island by Bill Bryson - even though I've read the book countless times over the last 25 years.
