Something similar to American Dirt?

Hello. I recently read American Dirt and loved it. I found it very gripping, and am now looking for something else with an exciting 'on the run' theme.

Any ideas?

Three Hours - Rosamund Lupton

Not exactly the same - it’s about a school hostage situation - but it’s gripping and one of the best books I’ve read this year.

The Beekeeper of Aleppo by Christy Lefteri is a similar theme of migrants making a dangerous journey, and is v well written.
