Anyone else just waiting for midnight and the new Chronicles of St Mary's?

Every time I say to myself I'll just read the Dramatis Thingummy and maybe the first chapter. And every time I'm still reading at 3am...

I like the Time Police books but she does rely a bit too much on going back to St Mary's each time, and perhaps she needs to let them run as a series without running back to Mum - both literally and metaphorically.

At some point I want to reread them all and sort the time line out in my head because there are going to be some critical things from earlier that come up later (or later that come up earlier, I suppose), if you see what I mean.

So drop the kids to school and preschool brought myself a coffee and settled down for a day off reading...

I read the end and though if the time police are around jumping back and forth then who starts the time police?
Same way St Mary’s is started?
Send back one of their own with future knowledge?
I know it’s the military and St Mary’s. But who? Couldn’t be Max but it could be a certain member of both organisations?
Are Hyssop and her fuck ups founding time police members? (It will be a very short lived job choice)

Started reading last night and finished this afternoon. Managed not to stay up all night.

I need to re-read to take it all in. I didn't think [Character] would be permanently gone.

Difficult to say any more without spoilers!

Loved it. Read all her different series and enjoy them all. I do think Max can be a leetle intolerant though!
