I have just finished this. Chose it on a whim.
Very well written and I love the fact it goes back and forth in time during the book.

I loved every min of it. I could see the twist coming at the end from about half way through. But I think the similarities between this and real child murders made this for very uneasy reading ? Just made me feel a bit uneasy when I had finished it.
Wondered if anyone else has read it. And what they thought.

Are the other books by this author as good? Should I invest on them as well.

I couldn't get very far. Well written but put me at unease.

I've read it and likewise thought it was very good (although I guessed the main twist too quite early on). I thought it was going to be rubbish - sensationalist, unrealistic and dreadful plot. Instead i found it thought-provoking, realistic in tone and characterisation, and disturbing because I could imagine the events unfolding as described. I found the ending chilling - won't give any more spoilers.

I've just read this, thought it was really good but so disturbed by the end!
