What forthcoming new releases are you excited about reading?

I’m looking for inspiration. I had been considering buying ‘Klara and the Sun’ but remain unsure. Likewise, although I’ve liked Jon McGregor’s previous novels, I’m not convinced I’ll enjoy ‘Lean, Fall, Stand’ - Antarctic expedition going wrong, then the aftermath of caring responsibilities isn’t my sort of thing

Carol Birch has a new book out in April. She wrote Jamrach's Menagerie, which was a great read.

New John Sandford Prey book and new Cara Hunter.

Alan Rickman’s diaries is the one I’m really excited about.

Anthony Doerr's new novel - Cloud Cuckoo Land out in the autumn

Brood by Jackie Polzin, We Run the Tides by Vendela Vida, Milk Fed by Melissa Broder.

Thanks for sharing - haven't heard about many of these except Anthony Doerr's new one - so I will go and investigate

I'm also very much looking forward to Sally Rooney's new novel, out in September.
