Rebel book club

I was thinking of joining the rebel book club, just wondered if anyone is/has been a member? What your experience is? Whether to just read the book list or join for the networking?

I came across this over Christmas when I was looking into online book clubs. I haven't joined yet, but may do in future. I need to make a big dent in my TBR pile first.

I'm also not as bothered about online meets as I'm on zoom constantly all week. The membership would appeal much more to me when things are opened up again as I live in one of the cities that hosts a monthly meet.

Has anyone got any experience of them? Im tempted by the social aspect (single mum) I wouldn't be able to attend physical meet ups as I have DS, but small child willing could meet online.
